    Great thread to start! According to the CliftonStrengths, I’m an Input, Includer, Activator, Learner, & Significance. Honestly – it is me to a “T”. 🙂 If I want to do something important, I gather, plan, and DO!

    I just had coffee today with my business partner and she said something that made we go “whoa.” She asked the question, “What advice or help do people go to you for?” How insightful, and something we should take into account – what strength do other people seek out in us?
