I’m just getting back on here after a hectic couple of months, too! So you’re not all alone 🙂

Thank you both for the great feedback! I did the webinar earlier today.  There were lots of friendly faces in the room so I felt a lot more comfortable than I expected. Thinking of it as sharing knowledge and not trying to sell really helped. Kim, I have been hearing about the wonders of this body shake but haven’t tried it yet.

It also helped that all three of my kids were home sick today, so I didn’t have time to stress before because my hands were full!

I’ve been thinking about this recently from the demand perspective, and whether a different ask, like explicitly stating that it’s a recorded training that is delivered live once, with appropriate compensation, would be more mutually beneficial. I’m not sure if that’s the solution but it’s definitely a good conversation to think about, I agree that we shouldn’t be giving unlimited perpetual access.

    Hi everyone!

I’m happy to be here and learn a bit about each of you. I work with non-profits and foundations  doing evaluation, strategy, and program design. My day job currently is at a multi-service non-profit where I manage a team that includes evaluation, communications, training, and development.

I’ve been doing consulting on the side since 2016, solely within my network. I’m looking forward to turning this into my main focus, and hoping Boost & Bloom will help set me up with systems to make that possible.

I’m joining from Windsor, Ontario, Canada, (just across the river from Detroit). I’m currently on maternity leave with a 7 month old, and I’ve also got a 3 year old and a 5 year old, keeping my hands full! I’m looking forward to learning with and from all of you!

And for accountability! Here’s the website that’s been up since 2016: http://dareic.com
