Hey Susanne. Congrats on the workshop! Who was it for, and might they be a room full of potential clients?
I totally feel the too little time for too much work thing. Can’t imagine how that must have ramped up for you with a second business too. Want to tell us about that one too?
Karen
Shut the front door, Joseph – this is awesome!
Congrats to you and thank you for sharing the inspiration.

What does your message really mean – maybe that if I set up an account in feedly or inoreader or newsblur and enter the URL you created that it will somehow magically ping me when there are updates? I think that is what your note means, but I don’t know any of the sites you mentioned and so just wanted to confirm. This is awesome – thanks!

Susanne – how do you feel about your Tweet now that you’ve done it? I was so nervous before I posted my first Tweet and now I find that I really like it. I have been very selective about who I follow, and I don’t wander around on Twitter often, so it feels like a way to know about and talk to my people…and I really like that.
LOVE the bike!!!! Sometimes these are the kinds of things I find myself being most proud of because it shows that I’m really thinking about the life I want to have and not just the work I want to do.
This is tremendous, Kylie!!! Congratulations to you!!!!
Alright accountability team – photographer is booked for late May!
Have a grant proposal due May 2, and will turn to web content after that.
Does anyone else wish they were Jen, or is it just me? Phase 2 of your Portuguese farmhouse renovation, you say? Green with envy, I say!
Pricing success story to share – I just doubled my current rate for a small consulting gig quote, and it worked! It felt pretty scary to hit Send on the email because I also really want to be able to do the work. And then the client didn’t even flinch – I’m in!!

I am having a hard time finding a photographer to take headshots for my staff, but would like to have something scheduled by the end of April.
Like many others here, I’m also working on new web content but I don’t think I will be ready to start posting things until the end of May. Happy to be a website reviewers for others while I’m still getting my act together.
Meeting your floor is awesome, Denali – congrats!!! Hope you took some time to revel in it, and celebrate what you have achieved. So cool!!
Congrats Vinu! I particularly appreciate the combo of formalizing an offer and the price boost. I’m about to take this leap myself, with some new requests that have come in. Stephanie’s notes about pricing and those of you who have shared your success stories have definitely helped me get comfortable with the idea of doubling my rates in response to some of the new “asks” that have come in.
Leonor – I hope you and your family and friends have been able to come together during this time to remember and laugh and cry. I’m glad that you are taking the time you need. Know that we will all be here when you are ready to come back.
You go Susanne!
