My team and I led a workshop yesterday (went really well!), after which a couple of people asked for the slides. I cleaned up the notes section and was ready to share them in PPT format, but then I wondered whether that's wise. If the file gets saved in an organization's folders and someone at a later date decides to change something, and it still has my logo and info on it, could that cause problems? (Also, is this giving away my "intellectual property" with no limits on its use?) If I save them as a PDF, though, none of the notes show (except if you know to look for the comment icon and see them listed on the side). I can't figure out a way to save a PPT so that it can't be edited, though. What does anyone else here do?
