Don't get me wrong, the brain candy is off the charts...like I'm having a hard time doing my actual job because I just want to think about this all the time instead. My first attempt at FBAs, I thought I had Fs and then I decided they were Bs, but then maybe some of them were As...and now I think the good ones that deserved to make the cut probably were Fs to begin with.  I'm finding it difficult to create Fs for things that you can't count or hold in your hand...like consultation services. Anybody with me here? Anybody absolutely crushing FBAs for things like support services, and have advice? Thanks friends, Karen
