Hi All -
So great to see some of you on the office hours yesterday. My question is about the timing of hiring. I tend to be very cautious, so for me, I don't want to hire until I'm 100% sure we can fund the position (i.e., we have signed contracts) for at least a year. But, I think there's also something to be said for taking a leap, making a good hire, and allowing that hire to free up some of your time so you can go about finding more work for the organization. (This question is becoming very long!). In all, I'm curious to hear your thoughts for timing hires and what's worked, and what hasn't worked.
